Wu Style Chi Kung
Wu Family’s Chi Kung is practical, realistic and non-mystified. In actuality, it consists of some very powerful, well-organized and harmoniously connected, sets of exercises that are celebrated in the martial arts world both for their health benefits and their efficiency in engagement.
Chi Kung exercises combine movement, stillness, concentration and breathing exercises. Their primary goal is the total alignment of the body.
